PRECAUTIONARY TREATMENTS
These type of treatments are carried out in between tenant change-overs. They are usually done as a preventive measure against the likes of FLEAS, COCKROACHES, MICE etc. especially if the previous occupiers kept pets or were unhygienic This type of control is our most popular. Although Associated Pest Control Ltd is primarily a provider of pest control, over the years we have identified and developed a number of services relate to the property industry some of which have a direct influence on pest activity.
RUBBISH REMOVAL
Rubbish and debris left internally and externally often provides an excellent environment for a variety of pests. If required we can supply a removal service no matter how much or what type of debris needs to be moved
e.g. old carpets, garden rubbish, fly tipping.
CLEANING and DISINFECTING
Occasionally we come across tenants who choose to live in conditions most people have trouble imagining. These type of properties are in no condition to re-let without serious cleaning and in some cases disinfecting. Whether a single room or a complete property we can accommodate.
GUTTER and FASCIA WORK
Whilst proofing against birds or squirrels we sometimes find damaged or blocked gutters as well as fascia boards that are in need of repair. We can repair or supply and fit new.
EXTERIOR DECORATING
Extreme bird fouling on the exterior of a building can often distract from it’s appearance and beauty. We can provide the cleaning of an isolated fouling spot or redecorate the outside of a complete building if desired.
FENCING
A good fence is designed to create a boundary keeping ‘un-wanted’ pests out or to keep desirables in. We can provide a complete repair and erection service from rabbit netting on large industrial sites to larch lap panels in domestic situations.
